I greatly enjoy reflexology because it is a holistic, natural healing therapy which takes the whole person into consideration. My treatment goal is to bring your body’s system into proper balance by tapping into reflex points found in your feet which in turn, relate to different parts of the body.
Reflexology is a method for activating the healing responses of the body and as a reflexologist, I do not prescribe, diagnose or treat for a specific condition. Everything that I do is with my hands; there are no tools, sticks or machines involved.
During a typical 60 minute treatment session, I will apply pressure to various reflex points, in order to create the conditions under which the self-healing process can start. Conditions which are related to a stressed out immune system and/or an imbalance in glandular function may improve with reflexology treatments.
The four main benefits of reflexology are: relaxation, helping to normalize a body condition, improving circulation and maintaining health.
My patients and I have found reflexology highly effective for:
- Sleeping disorders
- Digestive disorders
- Neck and lower back pain
- Asthma
- Headaches
- Migraines

“For years I have suffered with arthritis in my knee where even walking would produce pain and numbness.
